First time visitors: here’s what you need to know!

WHAT TO EXPECT When you open the door, a big clock will announce your arrival (we need to hear you when we’re working in the stock, so don’t be startled by how loud it is!) You’ll be greeted by the owner Chantal, who speaks French, or the sales assistant Aya, who can help in English, French, or Flemish. Have a question? Just ask us! Prefer to just look around? That’s fine too. In the first part of the store you’ll find books, lingerie, strap-on gear and cosmetics (massage oils, lubricants, and other fun concoctions). The second part contains all the toys, BDSM accessories, and board games. We also have a small selection of binders, binding tape, packers and tucking underwear. Feel free to touch and test the toys (with your hands obviously), but don’t open any cabinets or play with the BDSM accessories, you’ll have to ask our permission for that. IT’S NORMAL TO FEEL OVERWHELMED It’s not easy to step into a sex shop for the first time, sharing your needs with a stranger is an intimidating experience after all.
